​Global Lighting Consultants was founded 2009 in Kristianstad, Sweden by Lars Göransson and Nicklas Erlandsson. Both have been in the lighting industry for many years working for big Scandinavian brands like Atelje Lyktan and IKEA. What started out as a lighting consultancy outfit eventually branched out into light design and sourcing. It didn’t take long before the company extended its reach outside Scandinavia to the rest of Europe and Asia giving birth to branches in Hong Kong and China. Today we are more than capable to offer consultancy business and product development, product innovation, sourcing, production and supply chain solutions, globally!

Nicklas "Nicke", founder, has more than 20 years of experience in lighting specifically on project and range management. With a great network by been working with big Scandinavian, and global companies in his early years, Nicklas has mastered the field of sales, marketing and business strategy.

Nicklas Fransson

Nicklas "Frasse", co-owner, has more than 30 years' experience in lighting and furniture development, range strategy and business development from the world´s biggest home furnishing dealer. Technical engineering background with a passion for lighting up the world.

Philip Wang

Philip, GLC partner in South China office, has worked for many years in various Scandinavian companies around lighting and electronics, where he honed his international ability in European Trade and Business. His role in our product development and sourcing in China makes him an integral part of our operations for the whole Asian region.
